# 3D & avatars

> Generate 3D models from text or images, and create talking-avatar videos that speak your script.

## 3D models

The **3D** app creates three-dimensional models from a prompt or an image — useful for product mockups, game assets, and visualizations.

* **Text to 3D** — describe an object and generate a model.
* **Image to 3D** — turn a reference image into a 3D shape.
* **Export** — download your model in common 3D formats.

## Avatar videos

The **Avatar** app creates talking-head videos — an on-screen presenter that speaks your script with lip-sync.
