# Contact support

> How to reach the AIClips team for help with your account, purchases, or a product issue.

We're here to help. Choose the path that fits your question.

## Support tickets

For account, billing, or order issues, open a **support ticket** from your dashboard. Pick a category, describe the problem, and attach a screenshot if it helps. You'll get replies in the ticket thread and a notification when there's an update.
