# Purchases & downloads

> Where to find everything you've bought, how downloads and license certificates work, and what support periods cover.

## Your purchases

Everything you buy appears in **My Purchases** in your dashboard. For each item you can see the license you bought, the purchase date, and a button to download the files.

## Downloads

Download your items whenever you need them. Some items are large or delivered as packages — your download always reflects the latest approved version the author has published.

  If an author releases an update to an item you own, you'll be able to download the newer version from the same place.

## License certificates

Each purchase includes a **license certificate** — a printable record of the item, license type, and buyer. Use it as proof of your usage rights. You can open or print it from the purchase.

## Support periods

Many items come with a **support period** — a window during which the author can help you with the item. You can see the remaining support time on your purchase, and some items let you **extend** support if you need more time.

## Transactions & invoices

Every order is recorded under **Transactions**, where you can review status and open a printable **invoice** for paid orders — handy for expense records.
