# Refunds & support

> How to request a refund, what to expect, and how to get help with a purchase through support tickets.

## Getting help with a purchase

If something isn't working, start with the item's **support**. Many items include a support period during which the author can help you directly, and item pages often include support instructions.

## Support tickets

For account or order issues, open a **support ticket** from your dashboard:

    Our team responds in the ticket thread. You'll be notified when there's an update.

## Refunds

If you're eligible for a refund, you can request one from the relevant purchase:

* Choose the purchase and provide a reason.
* Your request opens a conversation where it can be reviewed, discussed, accepted, or declined.
* If accepted, the refund is processed back to your account.
