# Tips & troubleshooting

## Get the best results

* **Be specific in your brief** — occasion, names, language, and one style word. See [Writing a great brief](/studio/writing-a-brief).
* **Use sharp, well-lit photos** with a clear subject. See [Adding your photos](/studio/adding-media).
* **Preview with a draft** before spending credits on a final.
* **Check the review card** every time before you render.

  <Accordion title="A photo didn't show up in my video">
    Open the review card and confirm each photo is placed in a slot. If one looks missing, re-upload that image or choose a different one, then render again. Very low-resolution images may be skipped — use a higher-quality photo.

  <Accordion title="My video has a watermark">
    Draft videos and the Free plan include a small watermark. Upgrade to a paid plan and render a final to remove it. See [Studio plans & credits](/studio/plans-and-credits).

  <Accordion title="I ran out of credits">
    Click the credits pill in the top bar to top up or upgrade. Drafts remain free, so you can keep previewing while you decide.

  <Accordion title="The template I want doesn't exist">
    Tell Vihaan what you're looking for. If there's no exact match, it will suggest the closest options, and your request helps us prioritize new templates.

  <Accordion title="My render is taking a while">
    Most videos finish in under a minute, but busier times can take a little longer. You don't need to wait on the screen — the finished video appears in your project when it's ready.

  <Accordion title="Can I change the video after it renders">
    Yes — keep chatting with Vihaan to adjust the text, colors, or photos, then render again. Drafts let you iterate for free.
