# Writing a great brief

> How to describe your video so Vihaan gets it right the first time — what to include, examples, and common mistakes to avoid.

Your **brief** is the sentence or two you give Vihaan describing the video you want. The more specific you are, the closer the first result will be. You can always refine by chatting further.

## What to include

## Good examples

> “Modern product launch teaser for a coffee brand, bold and energetic, tagline ‘Mornings, upgraded.’”

> “Playful 5th birthday video for Meera, colorful, with three of her photos.”

## Tips for better results

  Mention **how many photos** you have. Vihaan matches templates to the number of images you can provide.

* **Lead with the occasion**, then add the details.
* **Spell names exactly** as you want them shown — Vihaan uses your spelling.
* **One clear style word** beats a long list of adjectives.
* If the first template isn't right, just say so — “show me something more minimal” — and Vihaan will suggest alternatives.

## Things to avoid

  Don't paste very long paragraphs of text expecting all of it on screen — templates have a limited number of text slots. Keep on-screen copy short and punchy; Vihaan will tell you if something won't fit.
