What you’ll be notified about

  • Orders & downloads — when a payment is confirmed and items are ready.
  • Support & replies — when someone responds to your ticket, comment, or review.
  • Author activity — for authors: item reviews, sales-related updates, and withdrawal status.
  • Account — important changes to your account.

Where to find them

Open the bell icon in the top bar to see your recent notifications. Unread items are marked, and you can mark everything as read or open any notification to jump straight to what it’s about. A full history is available on your notifications page.
Notifications are the quickest way to know a render or generation is done, or that a buyer or author replied — check the bell if you’re waiting on something.
