Getting help with a purchase

If something isn’t working, start with the item’s support. Many items include a support period during which the author can help you directly, and item pages often include support instructions.

Support tickets

For account or order issues, open a support ticket from your dashboard:

Create a ticket

Choose a category, describe the issue, and attach a file if it helps.

Get a reply

Our team responds in the ticket thread. You’ll be notified when there’s an update.

Reply to reopen

If a ticket is closed and you still need help, replying reopens it.

Refunds

If you’re eligible for a refund, you can request one from the relevant purchase:
  • Choose the purchase and provide a reason.
  • Your request opens a conversation where it can be reviewed, discussed, accepted, or declined.
  • If accepted, the refund is processed back to your account.
Refund eligibility depends on the item and the situation. Providing clear details up front helps your request get resolved faster.
