Support tickets

For account, billing, or order issues, open a support ticket from your dashboard. Pick a category, describe the problem, and attach a screenshot if it helps. You’ll get replies in the ticket thread and a notification when there’s an update.

Open a ticket

Go to Support in your dashboard and create a new ticket.

Describe the issue

Include what you expected, what happened, and any relevant order or item details.

Track the reply

Follow the conversation in the thread; reply any time to add information or reopen a closed ticket.

Item-specific help

Buying something from the Marketplace? Many items include a support period where the author can help you directly — check the item’s support section first.
